The ASRB Experience

Your journey in ASRB will be multifaceted. We will brush up your professional skills, teach you about all things Corporate Social Responsibility, and provide you with tangible learning experiences that intersect business and social impact. Through this, members define their personal social impact journey and find a new community.
Consulting
Consulting teams are paired with clients every semester and tasked with providing our unique insights into real-world problems. Those who were a part of the previous semester’s new member cohort are guaranteed consulting positions upon completion of the new member program. A select number of new consultants who apply directly to our consulting teams are also offered positions.
Consulting projects allow members to apply their skills in niche subject areas related to social impact or sustainability. Through hands-on client engagement, ASRB consultants develop and enhance a wide range of professional, technical, and industry skills.
Education
We believe that interdisciplinary education is the key to making impactful change in. By learning about different industries and the myriad of challenges they face, our members are exposed to diverse perspectives so that they can reimagine business.
Mentorship
Our senior advisors and leadership team prioritize mentorship. Whether it is course advice or recruitment support, we at ASRB are here for each other. Participate in a big-little system and our career-based affinity groups.
Training
Within the club, we regularly host professional workshops to help you prepare for interviews, learn hands-on skills, and bolster your resume. ASRB also engages the campus community by hosting industry panels, career fairs, and speakers.
