What positions are you recruiting for?

We are recruiting for consultants to directly join our client teams this semester. Business experience is helpful but not required.

What kind of candidate are you looking for?

We pride ourselves on the passion, diversity, and drive of our members. We welcome all majors and backgrounds to apply! We greatly appreciate those who are committed to contributing to the environment that makes us special.

What are the application components?

Our application is an opportunity to share your interests! We’d love to get to know who you are, what you’re passionate about, and why you want to join ASRB.

Once we review applications, we will invite candidates for a behavioral group interview, which will be followed by an individual strategy case interview.

The group interview will consist of up to 5 candidates per slot, being interviewed by 2-3 ASRB members. This is meant to be a fun experience in which you will be able to learn from your fellow candidates and make new friends! Think of it as a speaker panel in which you are the panelists.

The case interview will test your improvisational creative thinking and speaking. It will not contain any difficult math. If you get stuck, don’t worry!

How can I prepare?

Our process is designed so anyone can be successful! Just bring your best self, and don’t be afraid to share. We evaluate applicants on their commitment, not their prior knowledge.

Do I need to attend every recruitment event?

Every recruitment opportunity is another chance for you to learn about our club and express interest! They are not mandatory, but highly recommended.
